This is where users can make adjustments to the plot, including labels, colors, etc. I encourage users to play around with these options themselves to see the effects of each.
The label fields use the shinyCustom package to implement “patient” text inputs; edits are only registered after the user presses enter, or the field loses focus.
Two noteworthy parameters are Swap Groups & Features and Facet Features:
Swap Groups & Features will do just that, swap the groups and features. Essentially, this means the plot will now facet by the feature and color by the group without having to redefine these columns in the grouping pane. Keep in mind, with this checked, the feature should follow the rules of distinctive membership mentioned above in the Group Column section.
